Richard Snapes founded The Snapery in 2014 and has been running it from an archway in Bermondsey. His focus has mainly been on supplying restaurants, cafés and delis with fresh bread and other baked good. In 2023 they have finally opened a courtyard café in London fields to bring their passion, craft and skill straight to our mouths.
